Another win for Thailand contender:  World no.33 Suthasini Sawettabut extends her stay in the Women’s Singles draw following another exceptional display from the Thailand star at the WTT Grand Smash. Her second success comes against Slovak Barbora BALAZOVA, who performs admirably but can’t overcome with Suthasini's intensity (8-11,11-3,8-11,12-10,11-2). The result sets up a thrilling prospect as Suthasini moves on to face World no.19 Sofia POLCANOVA from Austria.

Suthasini react:

"It was a difficult game, she was leading me 2-1 and I was down 5-9 in the fourth game. I did not expect to win. I just want to try my best to stay in the game and it works! I got 5 points in a row and came back to win on the fourth game then I felt more confident so I played much better in the final game.
